Three tiers: Essential ($15/mo for 1 system, $29/mo for 2), Priority ($25/mo for 1, $39/mo for 2 — adds 48-hour priority dispatch), Premier ($35/mo for 1, $49/mo for 2 — adds 24-hour priority dispatch and no diagnostic fees).
